Jørgen K. Christiansen

Serves as the Chairman of alt Bentley Yates and of All American Benefits and is President and Director of Horsens, Inc., a holding company engaged in energy and real estate developments in the United States and Europe. He also serves as Director, Societe Financiere G.P. Philippson and Co., S.A., Brussels, Belgium - a merchant bank engaged in international finance. Mr. Christiansen was previously Vice President, General Manager of Condor Drilling Company. From 1969 through 1978, he served in the Danish army and graduated from the Royal Danish Military Academy in 1974.

Daniel J. (Dan) Webster

Serves as President and Founder of All American Benefits, Inc. He is one of the original charter group of only 85 people in the country to earn CFCI* certification and is qualified to instruct persons seeking certification in the field of flexible benefit administration. He once served as National Marketing Manager for one of the largest institutional brokerage firms in the US and has worked with some of the most prestigious pension and profit sharing plan sponsors, investment advisory firms and professional money managers in the country.


Niels E. Christiansen

Serves as President for alt Bentley Yates. He has previously held the title of Chief Financial Officer for TJW Management in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Christiansen graduated from Regis University in Denver, Colorado with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and also received his M.B.A. in Operations Management and International Business from Regis University.

Natalie Christiansen

Serves as Vice President of Administration. She graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas in 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and also received her Master's in Business Administration from Texas Tech University. Ms. Christiansen has been working in the benefit administration industry since 2007. Her responsibilities include maintaining the flow of daily operations, while constantly coming up with new ideas to educate and inform both clients and plan participants.

Dustin Counts

Serves as Vice President of Finance and CFO.  Mr. Counts graduated from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Control Systems. His responsibilities include Cash Management, Corporate Investments, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Human Resources.

Kjeld G. Jensen

Serves as the IT Director. He also owns an IT company engaged in bespoke systems and web site development. Mr. Jensen previously served as Computer Services Manager at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, and as Chief Systems Engineer for Europe and South East Asia at Informatics Inc., a California based software development company owned by The Equitable Life Insurance Company. Mr. Jensen graduated from The Copenhagen School of Commerce and from The IBM Education Centre Europe.
